When your child thinks of school, do you think the words fun, exciting, or joyful might come up? We think they should!

Children are naturally curious and open to learning new things, and are in school six to seven hours a day. Yet too often school can be a joyless experience. At Dulwich we cultivate safe environments that bring happiness to our children and enable them to find it within themselves. We encourage activities that create joy – be it working with peers, expressing themselves, learning something new, finding purpose, seeing self-improvement or simply playing. Being able to find and experience joy is in itself a good thing, but also reduces stress, improves health and wellbeing, and has positive lifelong impacts on children’s resilience.

At Dulwich, we believe that joy is doubled when shared. It is our best effort to provide a happy atmosphere for our students to learn and flourish not just in academia but in all walks of life. We pledge to continue on our mission to spread smiles and exuberance in the years to come.
